The first smoke-free insert for fire pits in Germany: Thefirst of its kind—this high-quality insert, consisting of two solid stainless steel walls, is the first insert that you can easily place inside your fire pit to enjoy a fire with significantly less smoke. Efficient, high-quality, and versatile.
Solid, top-of-the-line double-wall construction made of stainless steel—an impressive 2 mm material thickness, making it unique in this industry: Nearlyall other suppliers use a material thickness of 0.8 mm because they have to import from the Far East—as a German stainless steel manufacturer, we rely on an exceptional material thickness of 2 x 2 mm stainless steel and remain the only ones to date to use such a high-quality material thickness. Throughout Germany, this double-walled insert is therefore among the absolute best—in terms of high-quality stainless steel, precise workmanship, and decades-long durability.
Excellent craftsmanship reflecting German quality—and the first and only one manufactured in Germany: Preciselycrafted and manufactured to the highest quality standards, the smoke-free insert is made entirely by hand in our stainless steel workshop. While 95% of all smoke-free fire bowls are imported from China, we rely on 100% German craftsmanship, making us the only company in this industry to do so to this day. Direct from the factory.
Up to 90% less smoke thanks to efficient secondary combustion: Fresh air is channeled upward between the double-walled stainless steel walls, where it is heated to a high temperature. In the upper section, it returns to the firebox and re-burns the rising flue gases—resulting in a more intense flame and significantly less smoke. Since it takes a while for intense heat to build up during operation, the process takes a little over 15 minutes.
Decades of durability—rust-free, heat-resistant, and weatherproof: The double-walled insert remains rust-free for its entire lifespan and can therefore be left in the garden year-round. Built to last for decades and extremely sturdy, the insert will remain aesthetically pleasing and look as good as new in your garden even after many years.
Versatile: The insert is placed loosely inside the fire bowl, allowing for flexible use—just the way you want it. If you don’t need the insert, simply remove it and light a regular fire in your fire bowl.
